Get answers to common questions about Male Full Arms.
Most clients enjoy smooth arms for about three to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth. Regular waxing can slow regrowth. To extend results, avoid shaving between sessions and follow our recommended exfoliation and moisturizing routine.
Pain varies with hair thickness and personal sensitivity; male arm waxing can feel sharper but is brief. Our technicians use techniques to minimize discomfort, including fast strips and pre-wax calming. Numbing creams are available on request for especially sensitive clients.
Trim or allow hair to grow to about a quarter inch so wax can grip. Arrive with clean, dry skin; avoid heavy lotions, recent sun exposure, or blood-thinning medications without medical approval for safer waxing.
Active skin infections, severe eczema or psoriasis on the arms, recent sunburn, or use of isotretinoin can rule out waxing. Blood disorders or certain medications may also increase risk. Consult our therapist or your doctor before booking.
Avoid hot showers, saunas, heavy exercise, and direct sun for twenty-four to forty-eight hours after waxing. Apply a soothing, fragrance-free lotion or aloe to calm skin. Exfoliate gently after five to seven days to prevent ingrown hairs.
Wait at least forty-eight hours before swimming in pools, hot tubs, or the ocean to reduce infection and irritation risk. Chlorinated water and bacteria can aggravate freshly waxed skin; if irritation persists, postpone water activities until healed.
