For optimal results hair should be about a quarter inch (approximately five to seven millimeters). This length lets the wax grip hairs effectively. If hair is too long we will trim; if too short you may need to wait a couple weeks.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on first appointment, but pain is brief. Our technicians use fast techniques, skin support, and warm wax to reduce discomfort. We can discuss numbing options and aftercare to soothe skin and minimize sensitivity.

Most clients enjoy smooth legs for three to six weeks depending on hair growth cycles and individual metabolism. With regular maintenance appointments, hair often grows back finer and sparser, extending time between sessions for more comfortable upkeep.

Arrive with clean, dry skin and avoid applying lotions or heavy oils. Light exfoliation a day before helps prevent ingrown hairs. Wear loose clothing for comfort after service, and inform the therapist about medications, skin sensitivities, or recent sun exposure.

Keep the area cool and clean for twenty-four to forty-eight hours. Avoid hot baths, saunas, intense workouts, and direct sun. Apply gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer and resume light exfoliation after two to three days to prevent ingrown hairs.

Shaving between waxing appointments defeats the benefits and can alter regrowth. If you must manage flair, lightly trim with scissors or an electric trimmer rather than shaving. For best results, maintain the wax schedule and consult us for personalized timing.
