The treatment focuses on the top layers of skin on the hands or feet, including palms, backs of hands, fingers, toes and heels when appropriate. Our therapists tailor the session to target calluses, rough patches, pigmentation and overall texture for each client.

Most sessions last 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the area and condition of the skin. Initial consultations may take a few extra minutes for assessment and customization. Packages or combined treatments may require additional time.

Most clients experience only mild abrasion sensations and slight warmth. A topical cooling gel or soothing serum can be applied for comfort. Any redness typically subsides within a few hours to a day; full recovery is quick and noninvasive.

Typically a series of 3 to 6 treatments spaced two to four weeks apart produces noticeable improvement. Maintenance sessions every three months, or as advised by our therapist, help sustain results and address ongoing skin concerns.

Possible temporary effects include mild redness, sensitivity, flaking, or slight dryness as the skin renews. These typically resolve within days. We provide aftercare guidance and soothing products to minimize discomfort and support healing.

Individuals with active skin infections, open wounds, uncontrolled diabetes, recent radiation therapy, or severe circulation disorders should avoid treatment. Pregnant clients or those on certain topical medications should consult their physician and our therapist prior to booking.
