You’ll experience dry brushing, a sugar scrub, hot towels, a cooling mint mask, shea butter application, and a relaxing full-body massage targeting bottom, thighs, and calves. The session lasts about 60 minutes and ends with soft, radiant skin.

Yes—often, but we customize pressure and products. We perform a patch test and can use gentler scrubs, omit strong mint if needed, and focus on soothing techniques to prevent irritation.

Aftercare directions include avoiding exfoliation for 48 hours, keeping skin moisturized with shea butter, skipping hot tubs or intense sun, and wearing sunscreen. Drink water and avoid heavy workouts for 24 hours to extend results.
